NOVOFORMA CONSTRUCCIONES Y REFORMAS, S.L. We are a company framed in the construction sector specialized in the following activities:
• Construction of new buildings: Single-family residential homes of high standing.
• Rehabilitation and reform of single-family, multi-family and hotel buildings.
NOVOFORMA CONSTRUCCIONES Y REFORMAS, S.L. ,it establishes as a priority objective within its Quality Policy, that the services it offers deserve full customer satisfaction in terms of guarantee and quality, for this, it considers necessary the implementation of the Quality Management System established according to the UNE-EN standard ISO 9001: 2015.
The general guidelines of our Quality Policy are those of:
• Ensure the competence of all personnel by providing adequate information and training to workers.
• Know the needs of our customers and meet their requirements and expectations.
• Develop and strengthen the follow-up we carry out of the satisfaction of our customers in order to continuously improve.
• Ensure that the final quality of the service provided to the client is the result of the planned and systematic actions of PREVENTION, DETECTION, CORRECTION, and CONTINUOUS IMPROVEMENT throughout the entire cycle of our management.
• Establish and regularly review the Risks, Opportunities and Objectives that we set annually according to the commitments assumed by the organization and its management.
• Ensure at all times for compliance with the Legislation and Regulations that apply to us, as well as the requirements that the company subscribes to that effect.
